Steak 'n Shake - Goshen

The staff of Goshen Steak n Shake were very pleasant and helpful. I received my order quickly and it was the biggest tasting house I had for a long time. The manager gave me my order and also told me to have a great day and enjoy it. Such a super nice guy and I actually enjoyed every bite!!

Stay away! Uneducated and disrespectful manager! Online order could not be filled, when I arrived and asked for my order the manager stated “ look dude we can’t give you your shake” I asked how they will issue me a refund? Manager stated “ call your credit card company, it’s between you and them”. Poor customer service, very poor attitude! It was ok to steal my money and my time! They completed the order showing the shake was received even! How many people did they steal from? They should close this location or get better leadership! They are failing these kids in here!

Average is probably the best way I could describe it. Maybe I 'm just getting old, and the franchise has just lost its luster. Maybe it 's going downhill. Maybe it was never actually good in the first place, and I 've been relying on nostalgia for too long. At any rate, the burgers are good, and the french fries and onion rings are sub-par at best. Skip the milkshakes and go get a blizzard from Dairy Queen. You 'll have a better experience.

Waited in drive thru over 10 minutes finally girl honked horn someone took her order. We ordered after another brief wait. Food was to order hot. Good.

The workers are a bit slow but the food makes up for the time. Last time I went they weren't doing any shakes and it's a steak and shake restaurant and it was around 3 pm in the afternoon and it was hot out. The workers are nice and friendly.
