This load in goshen, indiana is a chaos. they are always out of the product, their freeze machine works rarely, and in addition they invite me more for the absence of product. I'm tired of this business and I'll look to spend my late night buck somewhere else.

Longwest tobacco bell ever, periode! they have a worker I noticed that actually tried to do a good job. she must be a kind of manager. when I waited, she ran around and made a part of every job. Cook, cashier and bag. most others just stood around and talked to each other. Maybe there was something I didn't know, but I looked pretty ridiculous.

Online says that they were opened at 7:50 there and they informed us that they did not open until 8 . we went back and came back at 8:00 a.m. and they said they would not open for another 20 minutes because there was no eggs yet! but the thing that really gets me is that it smokes 3 workers in the dreckstor!

I asked for chicken quesadilla combo but got crunchwrap combo instead, which had no meat in it. They put in for my chicken quesadilla but that took even longer to arrive than original order, pushing me beyond my regular lunch time. Fortunately the manager Tamara was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Kudos to Tamarac! I got more than 1 apology from staff for the delays, and Tamara provided me some TB coupons. They appeared understaffed for the lunch rush.

Used the app to order and pick up in store. It was very easy to customize each item and the crew were very pleasant and quick! Will definitely go back.
