Contribuisci feedbackWith our pre-order we didn't make anything wrong. on Saturday evening the locality has filled very quickly. but they were not left alone when they order. no hectic, everything quiet and also quietly study the menu. the choice is more unknown to us meat lovers, but we wanted to try to open the ding. we chose a suppe, main dish and dessert, with a not too hearty bottle pingorote red wine. before the first food came, inspired us the environment of the local. we liked the spatial division in exclusive tables for two people, the warm atmosphere of lighting and the musical deco on the walls. this also fits well with the gentle and in no way fascinating art to horny music of the 50s, 60s and 70s in the background. a small, vegetarian greeting surprise was then served on a dish. that was a perfect match for the coming: the suppe. Here the freshly prepared ingredients were found to be re-savoured in a composition. a slightly sharp paired with refreshing broccoli spins in gentle shaver let our palate for the first time enchant. a first heavenly joy of sin. the main dish let us climb into the ravioli sky. once with marons and once with red bets. each in delicious harmonie with fresh crimp and pine nuts. everyone bites a pleasure. we have come to the right place. the whole court was characterized by the fact that nothing dominated, but conquered our heart as total composition. as a dessert still a wonderfully decorated goflo de milo, a mousse au chocolat, with an incredibly fresh taste, which again all sensual stroke. we had to eat with an espresso or a coffee. the vegetarian experiences we could do here are just great. everything is like a good picture: the environment, the quiet and accommodating hospitality of the service staff, the whole sensuality of the dishes, the colors of taste and the artistic presentation of the food. we thank the house for an unforgettable evening, where we were able to immerse ourselves for the first time in the culinary deep of vegetarian and vergan cuisine. we enjoyed it very much and will certainly come back.
Soup and Soul is a freendly establishment that serves vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The service was fabulous, spoken with excellent English. The gnocchi with truffle and goat cheese was reported to be 5 stars of my free and guide. All ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. An appetizer salad of water circles and tomatoes was served with a brownish dressage that beats on the tongue. The gnocchi with curry sauce was a bit bland for my taste, but then I love spicy spicy spicy! The server had asked if there were any suggestions for the food we thought was great. Overall a great experience and a must whether vegetarian or not (I am a meat eater and have not missed the meat at all!
We had dinner here and even though we are not vegetarians we loved everything about it. The food is really, really good and tasteful. Especially the hummus and the pasta. Also the pitas were great. It is a small, cozy and quiet place without loud music and talk. That is so nice for a change! Only small complaint should be the slow service and the mix up with reservations that resulted in us getting our table 40 minutes to late and only about 1½ hours before closing time. We would have loved to have stayed a bit longer and would have ordered dessert. In the big picture it doesn't matter though.
We came here with high expectations. The #1 restaurant in Goslar. The starter was okay. The ravioli with sage was bitter AF (wife literally said: “worst I have ever tasted” . She told the waiter she did not like it. Okay was the answer. Nothing was offered in return... except the steep bill... maybe an act of arrogance on the part of the restaurant? Never again!
My last visit was only intended for food intake alone. then (for me) also gave only one suppe, which was both tasty and unusual. the amount (and the associated price) is determined by itself (S-M-L-size).Leider has fallen dessert of the seemingly inadequate demand for sacrifice, for which there is fancy juice mixed drinks. (and in a circle of various ice creams, bakers, etc if necessary)In summer season has also been opened for goslarer conditions long (until 21:00).(But it is logical that the raising of the pavement cannot be in the way:-)
