Kfc - Goulburn

Didnt receive all my items I ordered and then I couldnt get any way to fix up the mistake. This KFC always leaves out items that I order.

Missing items, wrong burgers, cold desserts put in the hot food box Honestly was looking for a easy night watching the footy and getting takeout. this was definitely not easy And most definitely wasnt a great experience. Tried to ring the store, line busy, ended up going to the store to get the order rectified and the place was totally chaotic. Customers laughing at how long they have waited 45 mins my order was 70 mins from time ordered to time delivered and refunds getting issued I personally seen 2 plus mine. The store definitely lacked management leadership. The young staff members were doing the best they can but without leadership they were drowning in a massive sea. Obviously this was a unexpected busy night. Being in the fast food industry you do need to expect the unexpected!!!!! The lowest score I can give is 1 star which from tonights order is being far to generous if I could lower that score I absolutely would. KFC this is NOT good enough.
