Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

We stopped at this McDonald's location on our way to our destination and on our way back home. Both times, the experience was extremely disappointing. The first time, the food was cold and we didn't receive the sauces we ordered. The second time, the food was again cold and the sauces were once again forgotten. The restaurant was practically empty and we had to wait a long time for our order. The service was terrible, making it one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've had.

The staff at this restaurant is terrible! The manager is rude and unfriendly. The toilets are dirty and not well-maintained. I definitely would not recommend eating here. Every individual we interacted with was rude in both their words and actions.

Maccas in southern highlands. I'm trying here because it's too home. Slowly slow! bad quality eating had breakfast we don't order to eat here. tonight it was just in the car ride. by waiting for 20 minutes. would have been quicker to purify them and ask about delivery. to their drive thru

This restaurant was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. The food was served cold and when I asked for it to be warmed up, the staff questioned me. My partner and I both had to use the restroom, but there was no toilet paper and the floors were dirty. It's a shame because the restaurant has a nice premise, but the manager seemed unaware of the issues. The coffee girls, however, were amazing.

I never eat at these places but we just wanted something quick. The toilets were a disgrace, the men’s stank and had urine and hand towels all over the floor, and the women’s weren’t much better. The staff were slipping over when they came from...behind the ‘kitchen’ to front of house due to the amount of oil on the floor. The food was **** as we expected and looked nothing like the photos. First time in probably 15 years I’ve been in one of these and never again, simply disgusting.
