Light or even frugal, but fortunately refined, entries and dishes of resistance. We were disappointed by the absence of a cheese tray and the banality of those served. We were pretty surprised that it took half an hour to bring the least elaborate plate of the meal. since we have to talk about service, our only other reproach is that it has not been paid attention to our empty water glasses. You had to ask to be tight, which is not normal in a restaurant of this level. deserts are not too soft, which is a sign of quality, sugar as salt too used to mask the absence of flavors and the poverty of ingredients. It is a pity that many customers who frequent the good restaurants do not know that they should dress at least: we are not at bistrot!a believe that money gives the impression to some of them that they do not have to respect the dress codes. but it is not the fault of the restaurant, elegant in its decors as in its dishes.

A spectacular experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the six course dinner. The food was absolutely delicious but also very creative and daring. Many things were sourced locally and the strategic introduction of Asian influences was surprising and perfect. Each course was so delicious and memorable, truly a “gourmand” experience. Our waiter was also a delight. She provided many details for each course that enhanced the experience.
