Do Vadim - Governador Lindenberg

Unlike the reviews I make, unfortunately this is one that no one would like to have to describe... It was my second visit to the place, I 'm not from the city and I was dying to eat barbecue, well, we ordered a special Brisket Ponta skewer. When the skewer arrived I took the first bite of the meat and it was so hard that I just chewed it and spat it back out, I tried another piece and again I couldn 't cut it with my teeth; I called the waiter and asked if perhaps he had made a mistake and brought someone else 's skewer (since this type of meat is soft and juicy) after a few minutes he came back to me saying that everything was ok with the order, I insisted on saying no it was enough to eat and he didn 't even offer to taste it or see what was going on. We gave up and asked for the bill, when I went to the cashier I reported what happened, the answer was I can 't do anything, if you want to take it home I 'll wrap it up , as they saw that I left the whole skewer there, as it was impossible to eat, she charged me for part of the cost of the skewer (R$ 38.00 out of R$ 54.00), I paid and left there frustrated with the situation. Negative question that I want to explain with this: If you go to a restaurant and the food is in a way that you can 't eat, you call it the moment you try it and no one is ready to change it, am I obliged to pay? Who knows, maybe this will help improve service, it’s not always about the money, it’s about the experience! Note: We didn 't eat the meat, of the cut pieces, two I spat out after trying to chew and the rest is on the cutting board as shown in the photo.
