If you are looking for a tasteful alternative to the culinary monotony in Cornwall, you have come to the right place. For a menu restaurant with about 70 pounds for six gäbge actually rather cheap. The tasting menu was absolutely excellent. Beautiful setting with wonderful views too. Will be going back as soon as we can!

Lovely food. Jolly expensive. Such small portions that most of our party were still hungry after a 3 course meal. Much better value in the hotel's informal restaurant!

Rather disappointed with our pre booked afternoon tea. Presentation dull, choice of cakes poor and scones overbaked and stale. The waiter and waitress were pleasant and offered to give us a alternative to the scones but we declined. The picture I submitted has had most of what we ate removed. Great if you don't have a huge appetite, any money worries and a conservative palate. Make sure to get a front window table to get best value for your dosh!
