Schiesselhof - Grafenhausen

The stay was okay. The room was clean, but relatively cold. The heating didn't work or was outside. The wellness area was also very disappointing. The water in the pool was so cold that we left it again. The sauna and the steam bath were not in operation (Corona). For the Finische Sauna we were told that they are only available at an extra cost. You should therefore consider adapting the homepage

Price performance for us for the following reasons niO: FeWo was very cold heating only partially worked. No significant improvement in the question. In the bathroom the toilet was not clean. (toilet cover). The children's room is more like a dark storage room. The sofa was very old and only with an old carpet or carpet. Ceiling. Kitchen not usable. Tableware only incompletely available. Pot dirty. Swings covered by bird jersey. Children's tractor broken. Should either be cancelled or replaced. So the breakfast was plenty of two stars. We didn't use a indoor swimming pool because we can only use children at certain times...

Was OK, but even our kids were disappointed by the few animals on the farm...the beautiful indoor swimming pool with sauna was the highlight, otherwise the price without breakfast (18€ per person extra! would not be justified. The staff is very nice and always friendly, yet the information on the website is urgent to update...the expectations have not been met because we have assumed completely different conditions. Would definitely have booked something else!
