As so often happens in pubs, you get a cut more like porterhouse. Consequently, it was a bit chewy. It was grass fed and, therefore, more tasty than grain fed. This is annoying because the scotch fillet is always more expensive. My partner ordered Tuscan pork loin and was disappointed it was just sliced pork roast with jarred apple sauce. It was easy, however. Hotel highlights: Great view

Good food and prices if it's on the deal meals. Just wish they had a dessert. And the coffee is a absolute flop. Best not to have that machine anymore...bin it...it's giving bad vibes after a fine meal Service: 5
