Unsure if it was open at 11 o'clock, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was ready for business. Despite not being very hungry, we decided to stop and try a hot dog. The prices at this location were hard to beat, as indicated by the menu photos. I ordered a chili dog with cheese for just $1.93 and was delighted to see that they offered two sauce options: regular or hot. Opting for the hot sauce, I found the hot dog, though not grilled as I prefer, to be well-cooked and tasty. The sauce had a spicy kick with visible pepper flakes, adding to the overall flavor. Overall, it was a pleasant and unexpected pit stop. Would I return? Yes, I would drive up to 15 minutes out of my way to visit again.
This restaurant is easily accessible from the street, with friendly staff and a wide selection of food at very reasonable prices. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Diners can enjoy their meal indoors, at picnic tables under the pavilion, or order at the walk-up window. I would give it six stars if I could. Our family adores this family-friendly restaurant.
The staff were unfriendly and the food was overpriced for the portion size and quality.
Service was friendly as always, the food was wonderful.
