Colectivo Coffee Grafton

Literally the worst cup of coffee that I've ever had. I've gone a couple of times, chalking it up to a bad barista, but the second time was even worse, somehow. I paid like $8 for a small vanilla latte that actually tasted like a cr*p sandwhich. While it is convenient and a nice location, the drinks are horrendous. Never going back.

Wanted to use the app to order, but Grafton doesn't even show up.

I used to go to Altera (now Colectivo) on a semi-regular basis before the pandemic. Due to their unreasonable and oftentimes authoritarian policies, I stopped going. It is Nurses week and my job had fun posters placed around that highlighted various things being offered in honor of the week. Among the fun items listed was a free iced coffee from Colectivo in person and on Monday only. I stopped in after work on Monday as indicated by the poster and asked the person at the register about the deal. She was polite and said that she was not aware of the offer and had to ask her manager. Unfortunately, the manager responded to her rather loudly that they were doing no such thing and went on to suggest that I had tried to pull a fast one by using some old promo from the past. I tried to correct him and his allegations , but was dismissed with an eye roll. I don 't frequent places that embarrass me or actively try to dress me down and you shouldn 't either. The coffee was average btw.

Nice atmosphere, friendly service. For my tastes the coffee is very acidic, and does not have a smooth texture.

Very pricey for what you get. I've had better elsewhere.
