Firehouse Subs Grafton Marketplace

I didn’t experience as much heat as I expected—almost none at all. However, the subs were excellent! I’d give the food a 9 out of 10, but when it comes to fiery satisfaction, it’s a solid 0 out of 10.

Overall, I really like Firehouse Subs, especially their Italian sandwiches. This time, I decided to try the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich. The steak was a bit tough to chew. I still prefer the steak sandwiches from Quiznos or Jersey Mike's. However, they still have my favorite Italian sub.

This is the 3rd straight time I came and the lady in the checkout Legit takes 5 minutes PERSON. While I understand that she worked hard, the time she needs is completely unacceptable. Something has to be done as it takes 20 minutes to get a sandwich.

I ordered a New York Steamer and a bowl of the potato soup. They were out of the soup and said there would be a 17 minute wait to heat more soup. I said, ? No that?s fine I?ll just do the sandwich. Not only did it take too long (like ten minutes I?ll say) to make the sandwich the punk kid jipped me on the meat by just putting a little bit of corn beef on it and not the pastrami on it. I don?t know what?s up with all these lazy punk kids in the food industry , but it needs to stop. I do not recommend this place ?

Awesome place to get subs. Cathy at the register is amazing, super friendly, and clearly loves to help and take care of customers. She is the reason we will be coming back. Also the great food.
