I had specifically added the mid-meer huh and man it was amazing! quite like an salate wrapped in a perfect crêpe with tzatziki. other items were the blue ridge (delicious, was the perfect brunch meal super filling.) some of the other regular cripples were cut like the crickets and pigs and land buns. but the new favorites were a tie between the tres leches and the elvis! tres is all they love about the cake, but then earthy and chocolate sauce, man his fantastic. light and not excessively sweet. the reason for the tie was the elvis was all the singer favorite sandwich sweet ingredients (pb bananas,) but with the twist of the addition of speck and brezels for both crisp and salty to finish the Umami aroma profile. with the hours again normal they have to come by there and try these new menu items! make sure they taste their wonderful coffee or go a latte or cold brew grower! (no pictures to go the atmosphere, let them disappear quickly when we came back)
I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan crepes in Graham, NC! I visited in 2019 and they only had a vegan crepe batter for sweet crepes, but now they offer both sweet and savory options. I ordered the herb cake with a buckwheat vegan and gluten-free crepe, skipping the cheese and adding tofu. I was delighted to discover that it was creamy and gluten-free. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the shop was cozy with a small-town feel. I highly recommend this place for a unique and delicious dining experience.

This restaurant serves the best vanilla latte I have ever had, hands down. The food is incredibly delicious, with each component carefully considered to create a perfect balance. I have tried the turkey and brie sandwich (twice) and the portobello crepes, both of which were outstanding. And to top it off, the service is top-notch. I absolutely love this place - everything about it is fantastic.
The buckwheat crepes at this restaurant are both vegan and gluten free. I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy vegan crepe. They also offer oat milk coffee drinks which were delicious.
