Not to mention, they have a salsa and toppings bar, and you can help yourself to as many chips and dips as you want! This is all a recipe for happiness in my book. When I dropped in, i wanted to try a nice variety of items, so I kind of freestyled it with a couple birria tacos, a carnitas sope, and some churros... while of course also getting some chips and toppings from their bar. The chips were super crispy, warm, and fresh. I loved the pico de gallo, salsa verde, and picante salsa from the bar. Of all the things I ordered, the birria was my favorite, even though the sope was the most photogenic! Very hearty tender beef, with zesty cheese, and a beautiful consomme for dipping. The churros were also a star, a little doughy on the inside, which is perfect in my book. Great balance of sweet and cinammon. They were the best way to end my meal.I don't often find myself in the Graham area, but when I do, this place will always be near the top of my list!
I love it so much it's the best restaurant I've been to,the customer service is the best they are so sweet and it's so cute outside of the place and the inside the decorations are so adorable the birra tacos are so good I recommend this restaurant.
The Happy Taco is never busy when I go and I'm not sure why because it's really good and very reasonably priced. The restaurant is decorated so cool and it's super clean. Today I got 4 tacos, all the chips and salsa I could eat and an elote for $15.21 including tip! There is plenty of parking, service is always fast and friendly, but what really does it for me are the fresh made salsas readily available on the bar. You can snack on chips and pico while you're waiting for your made to order food. Today, it was tacos de chicharron and carne asada. Both very good, and you can add your own chopped onion, lime and cilantro. They also have churros for you sweet folks. I'd love to see more people supporting this local business!
We picked up food for the first time this weekend and it was awesome! I got acp Texano and my husband got the barilla tacos. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!
Cute little restaurant inside and out but there are so many things that could be better about this restaurant. Prices on menu are not what they ring up! Cheese dip says $4.50 but when rang up says $5.50 and so forth! Came here under the impression of ordering ground beef tacos and they don 't have ground beef. Another thing is that the rice is undercooked and crunchy while the shrimp was over cooked and burnt. I spent $54 dollars on (2) ACC, cheese dip and a kids chicken nuggets and fries with 3 drinks. I had to pay $1.25 for water since they don 't have sweet tea or fountain drinks. I asked the woman at the register if they could make me some fresh Pico de Gallo with no jalapeños because I am terribly allergic to jalapeños and she looks me in the face and says NO !! For these reasons today will be my first and my last time coming here! I don 't see how a place like this stays in business when the customers allergies don 't come first!
