Contribuisci feedbackMy mom and I decided let?s get a slice of pizza and garlic knots to try them out. Garlic knots was frozen after he had them warmed up in the oven for 5 minutes, and the meat pizza was horrible, plus the marinara sauce was watery! WASTE OF MONEY!
I ordered a NY white pizza while I was near the restaurant because I live over an hour away now. The pizza was full of onions and was the worst pizza I have ever had. I called the restaurant to let them know and they offered to make me another pizza, but I had already left and was on my way home. They refused to issue a refund, saying the owners wouldn't allow it. I explained that I lived over an hour away, but they still insisted on making me another pizza. I declined and told them I would not be returning. Their food used to be good, but not anymore. I will never go back and waste $25 with them. It seems they put whatever they want on the food, so be aware.
My rating is for the pizza. It's a great pizza! I got the deluxe and it has a lot on it- like it should.
Annamaria's is conveniently located near our home and has always been our favorite spot for Italian cuisine. However, tonight the baked spaghetti was disappointing. The sauce was too watery and the flavor was lacking. I hope they can improve soon because this meal just didn't meet our expectations.
I have ordered takeout from this restaurant multiple times with my mom and have never had any issues. However, when I recently brought my friends to dine in, we experienced a different level of service. While placing our order, another customer complained that her order was missing garlic knots. Additionally, the employee taking our order incorrectly charged us for items we did not request - I ordered a calzone and cheese sticks but received a stromboli and no cheese sticks. One of my friends did not receive the white sauce for her meal until she was almost finished eating. When we brought these issues to the attention of management, they insisted that this was what we had ordered and that if we wanted it corrected, we would have to pay for it. The manager also defended the employee who took our orders, claiming he is a good cook who does things right. She showed no remorse for the mistakes and did not make an effort to rectify the situation. As a result of this poor customer service experience, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.
