Anna Maria's Pizzeria - Graham

My rating is for the pizza. It's a great pizza! I got the deluxe and it has a lot on it- like it should.

Annamaria's is conveniently located near our home and has always been our favorite spot for Italian cuisine. However, tonight the baked spaghetti was disappointing. The sauce was too watery and the flavor was lacking. I hope they can improve soon because this meal just didn't meet our expectations.

My mom and I decided to grab a slice of pizza and some garlic knots to give them a try. The garlic knots appeared to be frozen, as they only warmed them up in the oven for five minutes. The meat pizza was terrible, and the marinara sauce was too watery! It was a total waste of money!

I've ordered takeout from this restaurant several times with my mom and have always had a good experience. However, my recent visit with friends for dine-in was quite different. While we were placing our order, another customer complained about her missing garlic knots. To make matters worse, the employee taking our order mistakenly charged us for items we didn't ask for. I ordered a calzone and cheese sticks but received a stromboli and no cheese sticks at all. One of my friends had to wait until nearly finished with her meal before she received the white sauce for her dish. When we alerted the management about these issues, they insisted that what we received was what we ordered and said we’d have to pay extra to get it corrected. The manager also defended the employee, saying he is a good cook who does things properly, showing no remorse for the errors and lacking any effort to make things right. Due to this disappointing customer service experience, I won’t be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The restaurant has seen significant improvements with the new management. It’s a joy to eat there once more.
