They were there today with some colleagues after a train tip tour in the food. The food is fine, there is nothing to complain about. There are also the 3 stars. There are discounts for service, prices and ambience. Why? Unfortunately, the service leaves a very mixed picture. My Indian colleague was very keen on a herbal curry when she asked for vegetarian dishes. The prices are in part less understandable and very self-confident (to express it carefully) Puten Cordon Blue 22,90 or 20,90 (does not know more 100% ig) the counterpart of the pig 16,90. What has unfortunately been mentioned several times and is an absolute no-go to demand 40 cents per serving Majo or ketchup. The comparison that the owners draw to McDonald's is inappropriate and simply wrong. With wife and 3 children, I would have to pay 4 euros for Majo and Ketchup alone! In addition, I find the snippy answers to critical reviews extremely unprofessional. By the way, the ambience is little charming and cozy. In the course of our stay, however, the service became much more friendly, which was mentioned by Fairness. Overall very pleasant 3 stars.

Top service, really nice people. The food tastes very good and the prices are also top for such large portions. I was in Grainau for four days and eaten there every day. Can only recommend: Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmospheric: 5.

Rich selection of good-bourgeois dishes as well as some top-quality Yugoslav specialities at affordable prices. Very good service. Highly recommended!!
