Vital Burger - Gran Canaria

I wrote a very positive review for this place a few months ago, but I came back and I have no other way to change my review. they have really many vegan meat substitutes, like no wown, vegan burger, vegan chop meat for a sandwich and so on. but when I came back, they were from avocado, which I then discovered, were practically their only vegan basis for a sauce. without a guacamole/avocado option to brighten a burger, a sandwich or an salat, the only other sauce I could choose from were a celestial or simple ketchup. the vegan burgers come with cheese, so they must tell them to remove them. here in spain you can buy vegan mayo and vegan cheese in almost any food business. I think the only reason why they do not use it is that they really make theese dishes with their vegetarian costumers in understood, not the vegans. a part of it, the waiter this time had no idea what was vegan (allthoug she went to ask the kitchen), and my salad with a meat substitute (some soy that supposedly should be similar) was so over fried, and crispy that it had absolutely no taste. very disappointing. updated by previous review on 2022-04-16

With my wife and we both have burgers. there are many vegan options, but eating was simply not very good. I am a great fan of beyond burger, and humo on any opetunity to have one, but this was bad. the staff was nice and the restaurant was very quiet, just a candy about eating! I hope they improve because I like the vibe and it is hard to get vegan options here
