Restaurante Gastrobar Sibarius

The gastrobar sibarius restaurant in pomegranate has been a discovery in my last visit to the city. your kitchen is a mixture of Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese Peruvian nikkei, so it is a very good option if you go with friends who do not get the makis, suhis or niguiris from your bar, you can choose another option from the menu. the local has two floors with some reserved and terrace that gives to the square, all with a touch of elegance and modernity. delicious crunchy tempura with soy sauce and if you get something more traditional, broken eggs with foi is very good choice. if time allows, you can finish the envelope with a cocktail or tonic gin on the beautiful terrace.

We wanted to utter on our trip to Andalusia, but none of the rebirths we had. sibarius had not only delecious oysters paired with champagne, but also many other great main dishes aswell! the interieur is luxurious and the outside area is also cozy at hotter days. there is a lot of dishes to choose from. beautiful sushi, fresh seafood, great burger!

Extremely tasty place seabass ceviche, kalbkarpacchio and miniburgers were incredible. carrot cake was perfect. service and cocktails are simply ideal. highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant at the beautiful plaza Bib-Rambla. here they enjoy delicious food and beautiful view at the same time. service level is high, waiter keep high standards, they will not wait for their meal too much time, and the eating itself is really delicious. great variety of vines would be nice to see the same with the beer.
