The waiter told me it was cooked to 135 degrees. Food safety guidelines for pork indicate that for health reasons, pork should be cooked to 165. I could not eat that meal. The dining room is up a flight of stairs — not ADA compliant. The tables are so close, it is impossible to have a private conversation. Other , noisy diners oblivious to their loud behavior. Not what I expected for a pricey anniversary dinner.
Had some of the best stuffed mushrooms I've ever tasted! Solid food all around, we were very pleased. Kid's grilled cheese was amazing as well! Restaurant does not allow your own wine to be brought in, even with a corking fee. Overall, one of the better joints in Granbury.
We made a weeknight reservation for 4 people for a birthday dinner. It was a wonderful experience! We started out with the Texas Trilogy which was excellent. We then ordered the seafood pasta, Atlantic salmon and Center cut filet- everyone enjoyed their meal! We ended the night with cheesecake and the banana pudding, both were delicious. Our server was knowledgeable and so friendly. We would love to come back!
We were so very happy to see Martha here. She was an amazing manager at Rio Mambo and we really miss seeing her there, so we drove the additional 35 miles to come here. Now that we know she is here, we will definitely be back!!!!
Had a great twentieth anniversary meal here. Everything was delicious, especially the cheesecake! Dietary restrictions: We found Optavia options here. Parking: This area stays busy all day so get here in plenty of time to park.
