The chopped and sliced brisket were tender and smoked to perfection. Skinless Hot links and sausages were the best. The cream cheese filled, wrapped in bacon smokies were a change of pace--very hot, but very good. And the beans, potato salid, cole slaw and macaroni salid were very good sides.Last but not least, the peach cobbler topped with ice cream was to die for. Oh, and two more things. The smoked bologna and salami with Hal's Bar-B-Que sauce was the best. The service was hospitable like you would find at grandma's house. The ambiance had an atmoshere where you could take your friends to relive old times.
