Really enjoyed our breakfast here this morning. They had lots of tea options and specialty coffees. My husband ordered the breakfast sandwich, I ordered an omelette and the kids got chocolate chip pancakes and all of it was delicious. We will definitely be coming back! Very tasty place, food feels just like home made! On weekends can be very busy, but it totally worth it. The place is very cosy and lovable. Highly recommended!

Should you find yourself Hungry while in Granbury head on down to the Historic Square for some GREAT dining options. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful if you are unsure what to order. We love coming in to sit down and enjoy the amazing breakfast options or lunch (depending on the time). Grab a cup of coffee or a specialty drink and just enjoy the atmosphere while gathering with friends. Plenty of parking options so you don’t have to miss out on this little gem. Park behind the building in a large lot or you can park inside the square at the courthouse. Parking: Parking options: Behind the building is a large parking lot with plenty of options. Second you can park at the many courthouse spaces so you can shop around the many boutique shops on the historic square.

Best waffle I’ve ever had. Try the eggs Benedict as well! Great food. Need a bigger space for sure

You never know what you’re going to get in a small town. My wife got a Cortado. It was excellent. I got drip coffee. Also excellent. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Vibe was great. The outside seating was clean and the downtown Granbury square is a lovely backdrop for a morning cup of coffee. The food was very good. I got the Migas. They were awesome. My wife got the avocado toast.
