Brickhouse 40 - Granby

After a long day at Willow Creek Reservoir, we were eager to enjoy a nice dinner before heading home. Since we knew the restaurant had changed ownership, we decided to give Brickhouse a try. Dinner was just what we were hoping for—delicious food served promptly in a lovely setting with a great atmosphere. There was live music, and our server, along with the rest of the staff, were all very friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu! And if you love calamari, don’t miss the Squid Bites—so tasty!

When we arrived, the place was bustling, but Dino was upfront and honest about the expected wait time, which was very refreshing. Typically, restaurants just leave you hanging without any communication or concern. Instead, he provided us with suggestions for other nearby restaurants in case we were in a rush. His transparency and charm convinced us to stay, and I'm so glad we did—it was absolutely worth it! A big thank you to Dino and the staff from the Huskers and Californians! We definitely plan to return before we head out. Go Big Red!

During our week-long vacation in Granby, we dined and enjoyed drinks at this restaurant multiple times. The food is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

Food is Delicious, staff is Great, Restaurant is Clean! It’s a must to go try Brick House 40 if your in Granby, Winter Park or Grand Lake area!!

Forget the past reviews. New owners, new management, new menu. We had great service from Sam and the food was fabulous. We were a party of six and everyone loved their selections. My standouts were the the Thai Coconut Shrimp and the pork chop. Really like that the staff all seemed to pitch in for each other. Highly recommended.
