Pops Pizza - Granby

I wasn't able to get pizza from there. I attempted to order takeout at 6 PM, even though they close at 7 PM, but they had already stopped taking orders. Unfortunately, I only found this out when I arrived, as they didn’t answer the phone when I called.

They didn't wear masks during the pandemic—before the vaccine was available. It was really alarming to see. The kitchen staff had no face coverings on at all, even though there was still a state mandate requiring masks indoors. I won't be returning.

I also ordered garlic breadsticks, but they had no garlic flavor at all; instead, I received cut pieces of dough topped with what seemed like mozzarella cheese. The marinara sauce tasted like it came from a store, lacking any real flavor. Another thing to note is that all pizzas come sliced into 8 pieces, regardless of their size, which felt odd. Additionally, the pizzas were very greasy. If you're in town and looking for pizza, I would recommend finding another place to eat.

First, I’m glad we made the call since both Yelp and Google indicated that Altitude was closed, but it actually wasn't. The pizza was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the meat lovers pizza definitely lived up to its name. We also appreciated the gluten-free option; while it wasn't as delicious as some other GF pizzas I've tried, it was still good. The ranch dressing was fresh and tasted great as well!

The food was good, fresh, and served hot, all delivered on time. The staff was both efficient and friendly. I ordered online without any issues.
