Simple Simon's Pizza - Granby

We have been coming to get pizza here for a long time and generally, it was always really good, Recently, the food in service has been going to Downhill rapidly We came and got pizza. There was tinfoil in the pizza And the people working there are now extremely rude. Will not be returning

Called for delivery once again and they wouldn't take the order. It was 640 when we called. They deliver until 7.... I'm not sure what the the deal is but for them to treat a repeat/regular customer this way is ridiculous!!!

We love that buffets are $10 an adult and children eat free.

I’ve tried so hard to give simple Simon’s a chance since the new owners took over, but it’s really gone downhill. It was great at first but I’m not sure what happened.. From the kids working there lying to me that they arent delivering half the time, (they say they are “short staffed” then when you get to the store there is a group standing in the back chatting) I don’t mind coming to pick up, but dont lie. to the attitude you get when trying to order over the phone. Half of those kids in there could care less the kind of customer service they are giving customers. Today I ordered a pizza after not having ordered in awhile and the kid was super rude over the phone (which is typical the last few handful of times I’ve ordered) then an hour later we get our pizzas. They got the order wrong, the pizzas were cold, not warm at all, and also the dough RAW. I ended up just fixing and rebaking the pizza myself because I didn’t dare call. The boy delivering apologized for taking so long stating he had to get gas before delivering. I won’t be spending any more money there and I don’t recommend. I’m a small business owner myself and I understand bad days and tough times/training new staff/ etc. but this has gone on for months and it just doesn’t seem to be getting any better, only worse. I hope the owners take matters into their hands and gain back some customers because from what i have heard and read, I am not an isolated individual that this is happening to. There are some good workers in the store, Brooklyn and the delivery gal they had awhile back are both phenomenal. Was a shame we didn’t see the girl that used to deliver this time, she was always very friendly and the food was always hot at least when she brought it.

They are always so nice and their Stromboli is my favorite food group!! Always a pleasure ?
