The place is clean, but the female cashier's attitude is rude. I am not a fan of how they treat customers.
The manager was rude and attempted to blame me for not being specific when I placed my order. I was overcharged and the server seemed inexperienced and unsure of what he was doing. He didn't know how to enter my loyalty card number and couldn't differentiate between gravy and BBQ sauce. I doubt the manager will care, as they never do. The restaurant was empty when I visited at 12:30, which is not surprising given the unfriendly manager and incompetent staff. I have reached out to Head Office via email, but I don't expect a response.
They accepted scene points here. I know some places, where just they says their scanner is not working.
Honestly i felt if i was in a fine dinning restaurant, the food was great and the service was amazing, staff with great attention, fast and helpful, very understanding to their menus, and finally the manager pass by the tables to assure everything was great. I work in hospitality and i really appreciate what those people did, great job
