Contribuisci feedbackWow! What an intriguing restaurant experience. The service was outstanding, and our server, Brandon, was very attentive and kind. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. They served us a loaf of bread that was as hard as a rock, along with a butter knife to cut it. As a line cook with several years of experience, I would never send out bread like that. Luckily, I was able to saw through that chunk of wood safely, but my bigger concern was the $18 mostaccioli, which tasted like it was made from cheap, dried-out pasta and a bizarre mix of tomato purée and way too much sugar – it was essentially dessert pasta. I was genuinely shocked at how bad it was. It’s hard to believe this place is known for its mostaccioli. I say give Brandon a raise and consider a change for your kitchen manager!
Wow! First time visiting this restaurant and I’m impressed. I just ordered pick up from here tonight for the first time and it was super yummy. The pasta sauce is super delicious. Also, I tried a bite of the meatball and it was super good. We will be making a trip back for sure.
We have dined in a few times and had no issues, only positive things to say. We tried takeout tonight and we were all disappointed, across the board with service and food quality. I won 't get into details but they were shared privately with the restaurant. I am not really a review poster but this experience stuck out to me.I tried to privately contact the restaurant to share feedback and received an email from the owner stating, We deny 3 complaints regarding this order. and that 's all. I cannot understand how it is possible to run a business without being open to some feedback? Disappointing. I am available and they have my contact information if I can be helpful.Edited to add: The owner contacted me to clarify and the restaurant made the situation right, honestly, over and above what I expected.
The food was amazing! The waitress was incredibly helpful in accommodating my dietary needs. I'm so glad they are located in Grand Blanc and I will definitely return when I'm in town. Regarding my dietary restrictions, I'm still adjusting to a dairy and gluten-free diet. They offer gluten-free pasta that tastes fantastic. The waitress thoughtfully served the croutons on the side so that others could enjoy the complete salad. Overall, it was a pleasant dine-in experience!
