Little Caesars - Grand Blanc

We don’t usually visit Little Caesars because we prefer other local pizzerias. However, this particular location is exceptional. The staff here are friendly, quick, and provide excellent customer service. This is the only Little Caesars we frequent and continue to support.

The restaurant was quite busy, but they had my order ready and accurate. Despite the rush, I could see that they genuinely strive to meet customer needs while providing excellent service.

We ordered a large paprika pizza with light cheese on one half, but what we received was something entirely different. The center of the pizza was extremely thin, while one half resembled a large puffball. They say you eat with your eyes, and this presentation was quite off-putting. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed when I arrived to pick up my order. I won’t be returning to this restaurant. If I were the owner, I would implement better quality control and hire more staff, as I'm sure the poor reviews are causing significant losses for the business.

You should change the name? Hot OR Ready?. Seems this location is not able to offer both at the same time. Sometimes you don't understand. Looks like you should take the lunch break and have at least a few ready to take off the shelf. I mean, that's like any other LC on planet Earth. Of course, then there is problem 2 You can get a hot n ready, and it's room temperature, and ice cold when you come home. None of this should be important, however, the pizza tastes terrible. Speedway pizza is better than that. While most companies increase their prices and get at least quality if they do not increase, LC seems to have gone for the approach of raising prices and offers a much worse product than years ago. I swore about LC for a while, but wanted to see if something changed? It's really worse than last time. Never again.

Ah. Cold pizza comes directly from the hot box. I was home and I saw one of them was burned. Save your money and go to Hill rd.
