Donuts are mass-produced in factories then frozen to be baked at stores (this process is strangely called 'always fresh ' by their marketing team). Since the 'always fresh ' introduction decades ago, the quality of baked goods dropped significantly. Also a minus: baked goods are not nut/peanut free. Coffee is great though. Facility typically clean, and safe; most also have drive through.
Was greeted by employee Debbie, supervisor took my order of chocolatine, that new apple fritter with chocolate drizzle and just threw 2 chocolatines in one bag and my desserts with drizzle in a separate bag each. I showed it to Debbie who gave me 2 new ones in timbit boxes. Thank you Debbie who saved this customer service experience cause the supervisor had no care of the handling of my purchased sweets.

Overworked, miserable employees. Obviously understaffed, but a simple acknowledgment that I was standing there at the front of the counter for 10 minutes would have been nice. Never going back.
