Starbucks - Grand Forks

I went and the boy who served me made an effort to communicate with me even though I speak Spanish, he was very attentive, on the other hand the girl who delivered the coffee did not make the slightest attempt to make herself understood.

The only Starbucks location that I have ordered ahead through the app, waiting in line on the drive through, gotten to the window and they still can’t figure out my order. Which would be fine with me if it wasn’t for the attitude of being inconvenienced by my order. I have experienced this multiple times at this location, unfortunately. It’s so disappointing and not what I expect from Starbucks.

This location is located in a strip mall. It's basic interior design is plain and fairly coffee shop generic. It doesn't have the warm inviting feel of many over Starbucks locations. The employees were wonderful. They were quick to help and seemed to be happy to work there. Unfortunately, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was very plain and had little flavor. I thought as I ate it that I would have enjoyed a bacon and egg McMuffin more.

This has been the most friendly Starbucks I've ever been to, every employee that has taken my order in the drive-thru seems to either love their job, or they are just great at customer service! I've been in a longer line before and they are really fast pace too! Whoever the manager is should be proud of keeping their employees on track!
