Its Burger Time Grand Forks

Very poor customer service. The manager was very rude. As a person who is here about every other week, I will NEVER go back again

Great burgers, they are huge and have actual patties that you can taste. Its a drive thru so there is no interior but I didn't really care. Line was long but went by fast and ordering was easy. Food came fast. 9/10

I've always loved burger time, and it holds a special place in my heart. I rarely give places 5 stars. However, I truly only have 2 complaints. Every once in a great while, they will get your order wrong, but this only happens when they're exceptionally busy. My other complaint is that the fries vary in freshness and salt levels. However, there are times when the fries are hot and salted appropriately, and to me, those times are a 5 star fast food experience. If I'm not mistaken, this is my first 5 star review. 4.75/5

That is the neatest place to eat loved those burgers I would eat there again.

Food is always hot and fresh. They have some of the best burgers and fries. The downfall from the last few visits, we didn't receive all of the menu items we ordered.
