I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. Unfortunately, the espresso machine broke right after we placed our drink orders, but the manager handled the situation wonderfully. They were able to prepare alternative drinks for us using what was available, and even offered us a complimentary beverage card for our next visit. Throughout the process, they were always apologetic and maintained a high level of professionalism. I would rate this experience a perfect 5 out of 5!
