Contribuisci feedbackI chose to receive cash back with my card and asked if I could get four $5 bills instead of a $20. The response I received really upset me: "We don’t do that here; you could be trying to rob us." How is that acceptable? I will never return to this store.
The cashier was fantastic! I called while traveling to Denver because my son wanted pizza, but there are no Casey's locations there. I was unsure where to find anything in Grand Island, and the cashier kindly offered to make my pizza for me so I wouldn’t have to visit another Casey's. Thank you—it really made my night!
The manager is very friendly. However, I would suggest that they open the second register during busy times. It can be quite frustrating to wait in line while someone is cashing in a lot of scratch cards. I think that process shouldn't even be allowed in the main register line.
Autumn Nichols, the staff member, is incredibly friendly and always a pleasure to see. The customer service she offers is outstanding.
The pizza here is the best in town, and the staff is always friendly.
