The location is great with ample seating. The food we ordered was accurate and the staff was friendly.
I drove an extra 20 minutes just to hopefully get my order right after getting them wrong two mornings in a row at the Dunkin closest to me. I always spend 25$ when I order... Almost every single day. Do the math. Thank you Grand Island for getting my order right. It was worth the drive.
The experience was just average today. The young lady at the drive-through was exceptional! Thank you very much for your generosity. I would be thrilled to have her working for my own business!
I'm not certain if D&D is now under new management, but this particular location may need to consider starting fresh and trying again. While the idea of ordering from a kiosk is not unique, it would be beneficial to keep track of orders more effectively. I had to request my donut, even though I was asked to verify my receipt.
