Fuji Steak House - Grand Island

Just had sushi here. Sushi was good but after witnessing the bartender call the sushi chef Mr. Miyagi twice (his last name is not Miyagi) and then mimic him speaking Japanese I had to speak up. Ruined dinner. This couldn't have been the first time she was racist to him and management hasn't taken any action. Letting those who believe in treating everyone with kindness know so you don't support racist-friendly restaurants. 9/15 Update: Just called the restaurant and talked to a female manager. I explained what happened and her immediate response was not to apologize or say it was inappropriate but to double-down that they joke around like that. A white person mimicking Japanese language in the stereotypical racist way is not joking around.and in a Japanese restaurant! 9/15 Update #2: The manager is trying to scrub my review above from social medIa. I posted the exact review above on Yelp which has now been removed. I will repost with additional context while I contact Yelp for an explanation. My review is 100% accurate. Food and service were great until we got our bill...my family and I went this evening for my parent 's anniversary. It was me, my husband, our 3 year old child, my brother, and my parents which I guess is technically a party of 6. We were charged a 15% service charge of $26.00 for being a party of 6 and sitting in the dining area. Correct me if I 'm wrong but I don 't ever remember being charged a service fee for sitting at the hibachi with a big party and when did it change from a party of 8 or more to 6? Stopped in to eat was asked if we were both going to order and since we were going to share a plate we would not be seated right away and needed to wait 15 mintes.... Service: 1

I greatly enjoyed the sushi they had. They have a happy hour in which some of the sushi was on there. I really liked all the items on the sample platter. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
