Wendy's - Grand Island

The baconator was tasty, but unfortunately, they neglected to include the ghost pepper sauce that I paid extra for on the nuggets. This sauce was the main reason I chose to order from there.

The pricing at this fast food restaurant is excessive. While the burger was a decent size, it was not worth the $20 for a delivery meal. One could easily spend half that amount at Burger King and receive the same amount of food of similar quality.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sausage breakfast baconator, as it is always delicious. However, I was disappointed when I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and received a biscuit sandwich instead. My order was incorrect.

What I got versus what I ordered was COMPLETELY wrong. Ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese. I got French fries. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce; and got a chicken sandwhich with cheese bacon and tomato. Really disappointed wendys. Smh

I used the app to order a baked potato with sour cream and chives. I requested extra sour cream, extra bacon, and added cheddar cheese. I paid an extra $2 in fees for these modifications. However, when my order arrived, the baked potato was missing the sour cream, cheese, and bacon. Additionally, my nuggets were missing the sauce I requested. I was very disappointed with the experience and would recommend avoiding this place. There is a Burger King nearby where you might have better luck. On a positive note, the girl who served me was polite, even though she completely ignored my requests.
