Carl's Jr. - Grand Junction

Tony manages the restaurant remarkably well, but the male employee working alongside him is not pulling his weight. Despite Tony's clear instructions, the employee is extremely slow in completing tasks. Tony truly deserves a better support team.

Your new automated systems stinks, I will be going else where from now on. Not impressed service is subpar

I was really disappointed with my experience. The burger was bland and lacked any flavor, and I was surprised to see they used white onions instead of red on the Superstar. I hadn't been to this particular Carl's Jr. in several years, and while the newly renovated space was clean, the food quality had changed drastically since my last visit. It used to be served hot and delicious, but this time everything was cold, underseasoned, and the fries weren't hot like they usually are. This restaurant used to be my favorite spot when I visited Grand Junction.

I always order the same thing, California Burger, service is fast and food is great.
