Devil's Kitchen Maverick

Marvelous lunch experience. Run by CMU Culinary students, the server Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but didn't hover. The view is among the best in town, the food was creative, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommend.

Amazing food in a unique venue! Located on the top floor of Hotel Maverick, Devil's Kitchen is definitely not your ordinary restaurant. My wife and I went for a date night and tried out their ribeye steak, bolognese, and some desserts and none of it disappointed. We found out from our waiter that Devil's Kitchen is a teaching kitchen- so the chefs preparing the food are culinary students under direction of a head chef- and we would definitely give these students top marks!

Unique menu with delicious flavors and great service! We had a large party and staff bent over backwards to make sure every detail was taken care of. The prawns were huge! Great presentation. Blood orange margarita and bananas foster are a must! So good, I forgot to get pics until dessert!

Very clean, some of the staff were rude. Kinda expected though when it's just college kids working the front. The food portions were worth the price. Our burgers were excellent. Server was very efficient and friendly. Thanks for the wonderful food and groovy atmosphere. Definitely will come back.

Great restaurant, nice high end experience in a casual atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Had the bison tamales which was a great mix of veggies and meat. Very filling and satisfying. Strong **** Mary.
