Dream Cafe - Grand Junction

I ordered the Tofu Scrambble. it is less of a traditional “scramble” and more of a tofu roast them with paprika, swirling, asparagus and salt and pepper, but it was very delicious. I asked for no milk, so they didn't melt the dead and kept them on the side potatoes. it was very delicious!

It was super busy when I left, and there was a little wait, but I was with a larger group of 8 people so that this could have been part of it, as they only have a few bigger tables. I had a tofu-cramble that was delicious. wish the selection was somewhat larger.

It is unfortunate to leave a poor, low star review as the food is good. It seems as though the *demand* and wait times sets the expectation that customer service is unnecessary. Employees truly don't care. Inattentive waitress. Order was incorrect and I was treated as an inconvenience for asking to have it corrected (seems reasonable to ask for the ingredients in a 3 egg omelette). No apology. Just a sigh. Will think twice before returning.

Our first time at the Dream Cafe, visiting from Scotland, and it was excellent all round. Food, staff and service brilliant, we would highly recommend a visit.

The avocado toast steak bene, blueberry muffin pancake dream hash were all amazing!!
