Went thru drive thru to order. 10 minutes out l had to turn around and go back to store. The sandwich that l ordered was NOT IN MY BAG.
I am here in the DFW area until labor day, and I have been to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast at least twice a week. Everything is to standard. I use the app to order my food for pickup in the drive thru. Where I live, in Kentucky, the Chick-fil-A's have curbside pickup. So, I was a bit skeptical about having to go through the line, but it wasn't bad at all.Vegetarian options: You can always get a salad with no dairy and only veggies. Fries are always an option as well.Parking: Lots of parking spots. The parking lot was pretty open.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area on the inside. When I went, one time, I seen a family going in with cake and ice cream, which usually means a party.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking. I didn't go inside. So, I was unable to view the accessibility on the inside.
I tried to order a large shake, and they told me no I can only get a small. I said why? They couldn’t give me an answer. I said so what’s the difference if I buy a large versus 3 smalls? They couldn’t give me an answer. I’m just confused as to why I can’t get a large shake if I’m paying for it.
