Many boba places make their version of a dirty brown sugar tea but nobody makes it as good as Gong Cha. I'm literally addicted. I go to Gong Cha more than I would like to admit . When you sign up for their reward system they actually give out good coupons and rewards. They don't get super busy to the point that you have to wait on your drink. The tuen around time from ordering and receiving your drink is fairly quick. Love the aesthetic of the place and the Asian Time Square location allows for you to grab your drink and shop around.

Had a large order, went to shake my drink found this 2mm THICK HAIR, SEALED in my cup . Nobody answered the phone on top of this 25 minutes before they close.

This is the only nearby BoBa tea place opens after 9pm. It offers a variety of choices (including sugar and ice level, even hot ones) with reasonable price fast service. The cold drink.has two sizes (small size is $5 while big size costs $5.75). The hot drink only has one medium (close to big) size costs around $5.35. We ordered one hot pearl milk tea (one of the top 10 drinks on the wall). It was excellent with very soft and delicious bobas that my kids love.
