Jack In The Box - Grand Prairie

You're just as cool as you are. Can someone explain why when I went to the staff, the door locked? After I had ordered and brought my husband to unlock his card and went outside to lock the door on me? I and my husband just came into our car and left. It doesn't make sense to arrest customers. After reading reviews I have to ask myself where the H is MANAGEMENT?!!! Why can the employees run here? And thanks to JESUS we didn't eat here. (And whoever responds to these reviews don't apologize, FIX IT)

Friendly, prompt and eagerly helpful, but the egg rolls advertised as JUMBO EGG ROLLS were small and did not deserve the title...

This place is inconsistent...sometimes we get COLD food from the car ride thru... are they microbuffing their meals?????

I ordered and went thru drive thru. I asked Lady before me if I could add a coke. She told me to put the line back when 5 to 6 cars were behind me.

I am usually happy with my orders from Jack, having said that. I have had a few bad orders in the past.. but my word! Today was the worst! I ordered the double Jack meal. 6 tacos extra lettuce and 3 egg rolls, i went through the drive through around 6pm or so.After I paid I was given my drink, I was asked if I would like condiments before I was told to pull up to the front and wait for my order. I asked for teriyaki sauce and secret sauce. When the young man came out to give me my order, I asked if the sauce was in the bag he said yes.. I checked, there was sauce, but not what I asked for it was several packs of Ketchup, taco sauce, buttermilk sauce, and sweet-and-sour sauce… No teriyaki sauce and no secret sauce at all plus it was all stuffed in one bag with the burger and fries smashed at the bottom. NOW about quality!!! the burger OMG! WTH! It was completely drowned in sauce both sides of the bun it looked like the bun had been dunked in the sauce NO LETTUCE to be seen at all… horrible and Un edible. Do better Jack! This was unacceptable !Oh one last thing I thought they had given me a fish sandwich because it was wrapped in wrong paper. No biggy but still if this is wrong and it’s written right in front of them what else can you expect.
