The sesame chicken was acceptable but not impressive enough for me to return. I would recommend looking for a different restaurant if you want to avoid wasting your money.
I ordered the veggie lo mein and was surprised to find brown rice on my plate, which I didn't order or ask for. I feel a bit taken advantage of. I won't be coming back.
I am absolutely obsessed! I've visited two days in a row because both the food and service are outstanding! Joy Luck is definitely a hidden gem in GP, and I will be returning. Everything is made fresh, and everything I've tried has been delicious.
Im not from the area but I relied a little too much on reviews and was a tad disappointed. I ordered the lo mein and was a bit upset to open the box to half lo mein and half plain spaghetti. It was a mandatory option online to pick a side so I picked noodles thinking it would be the plain lo mein noodles. It was literally plain spaghetti… I just feel like if I’m paying $11 for a box of lo mein it should be LO MEIN. It wasn’t even a side it’s quite literally half the plate. The lo mein just tasted of soy sauce and pepper to me. I guess I read good reviews and expected something delicious but I wasn’t satisfied. Staff was nice though and I guess prices are decent if you like the food here.
Great service, and amazing workers definitely one of the best experiences iv had at any restaurant
