Mcdonald's - Grand Prairie

Like most mcdonald’s, eating is cheap, which is a good thing in my book, but they just mess up the order so often. Sometimes they don’t give serviettes and almost every time when my family ordered delivery she messed up or missed a product or more. about the playground this particular mcdonald’s has not much. I mean, it's something I appreciate, but honestly, there's not much to do except just crawl around and play the xylophone piano. Apart from that, this mcdonald’s is a great place to go.

I wouldn't recommend coming to this. as soon as I run in the load, it smells dirty. the customer service was a sweat. orderings are so far behind them could not find out people eating. the type in the register was as slow as he was lost. manager fails at this place when I get the food friars where cold and old.

After work stopped by 2 o'clock to get a bite. this location is one of the only 24 hours standing near me so was surprised to pull up and on the journey through intercom I am sorry that we are closed. pulled into the parking lot and noticed that a few more cars are moving in, the same are said, and go. called the number and spoke to an individual who identified himself as manager. he assured me that the situation was open and the trip was around the clock. I told him that he had hired one who didn't seem to want to work in the propulsion machine that told people that they were closed and several cars had gone. he didn't seem very worried for a manager, but excused, decided it was probably best to go somewhere else.

0 stars will never eat again at this place, or probably all mcdonalds after this! found an adult size cockroache in the apple cake of my daughter!

I ordered through the mobile app and set my order for pickup in store. When I got there all doors were locked so I couldn't pick up my food. After calling 8 times, someone picked up and said they would bring it out if I parked but no apology for the doors not being open almost 3 hours after the open dining room open time. Waited another 5-10mins for food. Just after leaving the parking lot there was a strong smell of coffee in my car. I open the bag a the first stop light and the lid was off of the coffee and had spilled most of its contents all over the bag and had already started to leak through the bottom of the bag on to the upholstery of my car. Everything in the bag was soak in coffee and inedible. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a McD's. Avoid this place!
