Papa John's - Grand Prairie

Every single time I order from this location the delivery drivers are ALWAYS on point, and my pizza is ALWAYS delicious. UberEats messes up the address a lot, but for some reason these drivers NEVER do. The customer service is A+. Keep it y’all!

The restaurant serves delicious buffalo wings cooked in the oven and tender cinnamon bites. The thin crust pizza is also a favorite for those looking for less carbs. Despite the chaotic atmosphere, the food is great. However, the customer service needs improvement. Whether busy or not, they should provide better service. Although I will continue to give them my business, I hope they can work on their customer service so I don't have to go elsewhere for pizza.

I am impressed by the improvement in service at this restaurant. The first Shaq pizza I ordered on Friday was not great, but the second one I had on Sunday, after the general manager provided excellent customer service, was exceptional. Ryan went above and beyond to make up for my previous bad experience, and I appreciate his high level of service. The second Shaq pizza was delicious and well worth the money. Thank you, Ryan!

Our delivery driver, TJ, was speedy, welcoming, and truly raised the standard for customer service. I have encountered some disappointing instances in the past with other restaurants where the food arrived cold. However, this order was delivered hot and fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
