Papa John's Pizza - Grand Prairie

The new management has truly transformed this restaurant! The service is excellent!

I placed an order online and was pleasantly surprised that it was ready in 7 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, I inspected the pizza to ensure it wasn't reheated. The kind waitress, Opal, who was wonderful, also checked it before me and asked if I was pleased with it. I was very satisfied. Opal provided excellent customer service and the pizza was delicious.

I called the restaurant and spoke with Blake, who is the store manager. We discussed the issue with the spilled garlic sauce on my pizza. Blake was very understanding and we were able to resolve the issue. He is a good guy and was very polite during our conversation. Overall, I had a positive experience with the customer service. I would recommend giving them a second chance.
