It was a 15 minute or more delay to get a refill. Finally, I was able to serve myself and mix the perfect blend of sweet and unsweetened tea. The lemons were plentiful.Parking: Adequate
I have never had a problem with this location and is usually really good. But today I got a Togo order and just checked quickly that everything was in there. When opened at home I discovered they had served a partially rotten potato. That Is very unacceptableFood: 2/5
Great food excellent customer service. The brisket was so tender and delicious the ribs had a good smoke flavor taste I had the pepper sausage which was a little spicy the hot dinner rolls with butter was good. The extra large slice of pecan pie was buttery and delicious. If you’re in the mood for barbecue please try them out. I hope your experience will be as great as mine was.
We met with people from a new church that we started attending. We had a great time. We were in the reserve seating area and it was nice because we were the only people there. The service people were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and you get a lot. My wife made the comment that she didn 't know if it was $50 good . We don 't go out for barbecue that often so it was okay ?. Also it started raining with a little hail while we were there and they didn 't complain that we stayed and waited it out.
When I first moved to Texas in 2018 I tried a lot of these barbecue chains to at least get a feel for what Texas barbecue was like. Since then, it’s safe to say I’ve gained a lot of experience in this department and Spring Creek is still a solid choice. After trying “Pecan Lodge” in downtown Dallas and leaving VERY disappointed, I can easily say that Spring Creek is better. Maybe it was just an off day but nonetheless I still think this is a good safe choice if you’re craving barbecue. Obviously, this isn’t Franklins or any of the other world famous spots, but it’s still good.Besides, you can’t really beat the hot and fresh baked buns they bring you right out of the oven.
