Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a cold brew coffee and got a lot of foam with it. I'm not going to die. I have gone too many times and receive mediocre drinks at best. for $4 per drink I expect a better quality. I don't make my order complicated, venti cold brew, mandelic milk and 2 pump hazelnuts. I know the place is busy, but I'm not ready to spend more money on mess-ups or missing quality control from their employees.
Waited in line for over 35 min , to get to the window the young lady not saying it’s her fault saying she couldn’t accept my 100$ bill because she didn’t have any change?? Would understand if it was a place where people don’t consume from often but that line is super long EVERYDAY. I’m pretty sure they had more than enough ?? It’s just ridiculous to me! I hate waiting this just made me more upset!
Quick service through the drive thru. Decently priced if you go every so often. The only thing that is negative is location. Drive thru is not made for alot of vehicles as when they are super busy the cars block traffic for the road and cause traffic jams, safety concerns and possible wrecks of not aware of surroundings. Other than that good beverages and snack like foods, great for group studying or individual studying, and a good place to hangout.
Gross. That is my review for the bacon, egg and gouda sandwich I bought today. The bacon was so thin you could read a book through it, the egg was not egg I am kit sure what it was it do the coloring of what a scrambled egg would be but the texture and taste was anything but. Save you money and go to a McDonald's or somewhere else but not an overpriced Starbucks, where I spent 12 on a coffee and what was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich i was unable to eat. Call me cheap but I call it ridiculous. I think my anger is because I haven't had breakfast.
A girl named Evelyn was rude in the drive thru. i told her i ordered my drink cold and she asked “are you sure?” When she could nicely say “I’m sorry we will remake that for you”.. like why ask “are you sure?” How could I not be sure about a drink I want?? Customer experience could’ve been better.
