Bonefish Grill - Grand Rapids

This was my first visit, and we had made a reservation for dinner. I was pleased with my meal, but the wait was notably long, even for evening service. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive after we placed our order. I would definitely return, though I might try lunchtime for faster service next time.

The food was excellent overall. While my noodles were a bit overcooked and chewy, the sauce and chicken were delicious. I really enjoyed the dish my mom ordered; the shrimp were cooked perfectly. It’s genuinely some of the best food I’ve had, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant despite my pasta experience.

This review could have easily received a 5-star rating if the bartenders had taken the time to stir the Coral Reef Punches before serving them. When three drinks were brought to our table, we all found them visually unappealing and they tasted mostly like soda water. However, after a few sips and a proper stir, they tasted much better. The food we ordered was excellent and served hot! Our server, Ryan, was incredibly helpful and made sure to explain the entrees while attending to all our needs. So, bartenders, please remember to stir those Coral Reefs before serving!

The service was outstanding! However, the food was only average. I apologize for being particular, especially when it comes to steaks and seafood. I didn't really notice the freshness of the seafood.

My daughter treated me to Bonefish as a birthday gift, and it was our first time dining there. Our experience was fantastic from the moment we entered until we left. The food was incredible, from the appetizers to the entrees and even the dessert. It's especially impressive since I need to eat gluten-free. A special shout-out to our server, Violet—she was wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant.
