Chipotle Mexican Grill - Grand Rapids

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. Needs a serious revisit on operations/cleanliness management.Standing at the counter watching understaffed workers cut new food with dirty knives and every surface in the building is covered in food and filth.Cashier was nice.

Miguel… this kid needs to be fired.I have never met someone slower,I had 4 people Infront of me, and he took 30 mins.And ill mannered.He literally threw my food and it unwrapped so the other employee had to re wrap it and apologize on his end.

30-minute wait just to place our order at 3:00 PM on a Sunday. Staff disinterested, distracted. There were no clean tables, and we were out of time from the long wait, so we ordered to go. Four of us had bowls, portion sizes varied wildly, from what looked like a half order to bowls that were heaping so much that the lid barely closed. Seasonings on my steak bowl were bland, rice was dry and chewwy. The steak was old, dry, and rubbery. I am a fan of Qdoba, reaffirmed!

The tacos were stale, hardly had anything in them and to top it off I found two bugs on the lettuce ?

The best Chipotle location! Always very quick and portion sizes are always correct. I often drive out of my way to go to this location because it’s significantly better than the other one nearby.Food: 5/5
